Privacy Policy
We keep this short and plain. Sportsborders collects the minimum we need to take your order, get it to you, and answer your questions — nothing else.

What we collect
We only ever hold information you give us directly. There is no customer account system on this site and no customer database behind it.
- Your name, email, delivery address and phone number, given at checkout so we can ship the order and contact you about it
- Anything you type into the contact form — your message, and the details you include with it
- Your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter
- Payment card details are entered on Stripe's own secure checkout page and are never seen by, sent to, or stored on this website
What we do with it
We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the suppliers listed below who need it to do their job.
- Process and deliver your order, and handle any return that follows
- Reply to questions you send us
- Send occasional emails about new stock and offers, but only if you asked for them
Who else sees it
Each of these is bound by its own data protection obligations and may only use your details for the purpose above.

How long we keep it
Order records are held by Stripe for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Contact-form messages sit in our email inbox and are deleted once the matter is closed. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time by replying to any of them.
