Order before 3pm on a working day and it leaves us the same day. Delivery is free once your basket reaches £50.

We currently ship to United Kingdom addresses only.

Dispatch
- Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday leave the same working day
- Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays go out on the next working day
- You will get an email with tracking as soon as the parcel is collected
Large and awkward items
Dartboard stands, cabinets and lighting ship in their own oversized boxes and occasionally travel separately from the rest of an order. If your order splits, you will receive one tracking email per parcel — nothing is missing, it is just travelling in two vans.
If something goes wrong

- Parcel not arrived within the window above? Check the tracking link first, then email us and we will chase the courier
- Damaged in transit? Photograph the box and the item and email us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it
- Wrong item? Tell us and we will send the right one out with a prepaid label for the return
